Matt responded to my elderly neighbours leak after isolating it left her without water. He arrived as promised even calling to say he was on his way. Did a quick and efficient job and didn't charge the earth. His manner was friendly and he reassured her. Couldn't fault him. He is on my list now if I ever need a plumber. Thank you Matt.

Matt fixed our broken boiler and gave it a thorough check and test. As well as replacing the pump he installed a new pressure meter, fixed a spark generator problem and a leaking valve. First class work and a pleasure to meet.
Matt was the only plumber who looked at the job gave me a firm date. He was prompt and professional and completed the job as agreed. Great price too will recommend to all my friends.

Imagine the scene - today I moved into my new flat, switched the boiler on and it didn’t work. And it’s cold. Yikes. Matthew really was my knight in shining armour today. He answered my call for help despite it being late on Friday afternoon he came straight round took a look identified the fault fixed it and explained to me what I needed to do with the controls. He was professional friendly and patient as he listened to my anxious moving in day babbling. The charges were very reasonable and I paid with pleasure. We have used Matt Drew for several jobs and I had to call him today with a boiler problem. Despite being very busy, not only did he turn up after 5pm - he repaired a leaking valve, replaced the pump and checked thoroughly that all was working before leaving...
